The transition period between childhood and young adulthood can be a challenging time for the entire ʻohana. Hua Moon Women’s Health is here for you during this time. We can help educate and support young women as they experience the natural physical and emotional changes that occur during puberty.
Many teens will make decisions about sex and birth control during this time. It is essential that your teen’s first experience with a health care provider around these important issues is positive. At Hua Moon, we offer a safe, non-judgmental space with providers who are thoughtful and caring. Teens come here and feel comfortable to talk frankly about consent, establishing personal boundaries, preventing sexual violence, safer sex, contraception and more.
